We will manufacture using a CNC lathe composite processing machine with new light (UHMW). Considering the characteristics of the material, we will do our best to accommodate requests for tolerances and distortions.
At Takimoto Giken Kogyo, we manufacture New Light (UHMW) using NC lathe machining centers. For large quantities and complex processing, we use a composite machining center. In the case of collets related to industrial machinery, if clamped with metal, it can scratch the workpiece, so they are sometimes made from plastic resin. Additionally, ultra-high molecular polyethylene (HHMW, Tybar, New Light, Ulmolar) is an excellent material for wear resistance, and among resins, it is relatively soft, leaving marks when pressed hard with nails.
